Sunshine Powersports is seeking a skilled Boat Technician to join our team. This role involves diagnosing and repairing a variety of marine engines and systems, ensuring our customers receive top-tier service. • Diagnose and repair aspirated and fuel-injected engines, including both inboard/outboard (I/O) and outboard motors.
• Perform stern drive maintenance and repairs with a focus on reliability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical system issues, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
• Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and system upgrades.
• Use diagnostic tools and technical manuals to identify issues and perform repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet service deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Ability to run diagnostics on both aspirated and fuel-injected engines (I/O and outboards).
• Familiarity with stern drives and their mechanical/electrical systems.
• Strong electrical problem-solving skills with experience in troubleshooting and repair.
• Preferred: At least 2 years of industry experience working with marine engines and boat systems.

Pay: $20-$28 dependent on experience, certifications, and skillset
